New Homeowners Program
New Homeowners program is for an individual that has never purchased a home in Gibson City; this is for Gibson City only. An individual would need to contact Kris Zimmerman to setup a time to meet with them to give them a voucher that they can redeem at businesses in Gibson City to receive their incentive. No incentive will be given out unless they have this voucher.
